Porterville Barn Theater Ticket Office Terms and conditions

You may reserve tickets any time before a performance using our phone, (559) 310-7046.

All tickets purchased online can either be printed at home or must be picked up from the Box Office no more than 30 minutes prior to that show’s start time.

Payment Methods
We accept cash or check and all major credit/debit cards.

Pay at the Box Office
You may pay for and/or pick up your tickets when you arrive at the box office before the show.

Please arrive prior to 15 minutes before start of performance. On Hold tickets may be released to walk-ins if not claimed prior to 15 minutes before show time.

Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be refunded, except in the unlikely event of a performance being cancelled. Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another performance, except in the unlikely event of a performance being cancelled.

Season Pass Holders
If you purchased a season pass, you may use your code for one or more performances for a total of X times. Enter your personal code when the tickets are in your cart. If you wish to reserve any seats not using your season pass, it is recommended to create a separate order.

Coupon  Codes
If you received a code, enter the code when your ticket(s) is/are in the cart and the discount will be applied.
