Kate Smith
Bio
Kate’s first experience on stage was in Junior High at Springville School. Other experience she has was choreographing some Pops Concerts for the Porterville High Choir, directing multiple children’s plays at Lighthouse in Springville, choreographing the fight scenes for “The Chronicles of Narnia” at The Barn Theatre, and helping backstage for “The Chronicles of Narnia” and “Mary Poppins Jr.”. A fun fact about Kate is that David Atherton, who is known for doing make-up for movies like Face Off and Tombstone, did the make-up for a play she directed! Kate has been happily married for 12 years and has two sons. She enjoys playing the piano and singing with her husband, Nate.
